Puget Sound Energy (PSE) offers incentives for multifamily retrofit projects. In order to participate, buildings must be be 5 or more attached units and located in the PSE electric or natural gas service territory.
PSE’s Multifamily Program incentives include a range of measures aimed at assisting existing multifamily buildings. There are prescriptive rebates for equipment such as windows, insulation, light fixtures, water heaters, furnaces, and heat pumps. Other custom and commercial prescriptive energy efficient upgrades may be available. Interested customers should contact a program representative for further information.
Certain other equipment may also be installed free of charge by a PSE representative including LED bulbs, showerheads, aerators, smart strips, water heater pipe insulation, refrigerators, and clothes washers.
