Emerald People's Utility District offers incentives to customers installing a qualified solar photovoltaic (PV) system. Systems must be 25 kW or smaller to qualify. Systems must be pre-approved by Emerald PUD for grid interconnection and net metering, must meet the acceptable solar resource requirement, and must be installed by an approved solar contractor.
