Summary

The Implementation Manual (IM) provides the guidelines and requirements for implementing energy efficiency projects in the region. Updated annually, the IM gives customer utilities, program partners and regional stakeholders information on how to plan and implement energy savings projects and includes approaches and options to further the regional energy efficiency partnership with BPA. The annual update on October 1 streamlines administrative processes and expands, adds and refines pilots, projects and programs.
