Columbia Water & Light (CWL) provides residential customers with rebates on energy efficient HVAC equipment. Customers should submit the mechanical permit from a Protective Inspection, a copy of the paid receipt with model numbers for the condenser, matched evaporator coil, expansion valve and any additional installed equipment. Rebate application form and receipts must be submitted to CWL within six months of the air conditioner unit’s installationRebates are given on a first-come first-serve basis beginning each fiscal year.
