Minnesota Energy Resources offers the Home Energy Excellence Program to encourage builders to build energy efficient homes. Minnesota Energy Resources offers rebates to both homeowners and builders for certain types of equipment installed in homes that were built as a part of this program. Minnesota Energy Resources will only provide one rebate per piece of equipment, so contractors and homeowners should determine who applies for/receives the rebate.
