NIPSCO's Small Business Direct Install Program is designed to help small businesses minimize energy costs, and provides energy-saving CFL lighting, showerheads and faucet aerators at no added cost.
Customers may also choose to participate in the “premium service,” which provides the opportunity to purchase an unlimited supply of measures with a partial co-pay measure. Premium-level service requires an additional visit from a program-approved local trade ally, which NIPSCO will schedule. Customers can select their preferred level of service during the energy advisor’s visit.
This program is available to any business or non-profit organization served under NIPSCO electric rates 620, 621, 622 or 623, who have not had a billing demand of 200 kW or greater in any month during the previous 12 months. Eligible NIPSCO natural gas customers are those served under rates 421 or 425.
