Summary

Commonwealth Edison (ComEd) offers residential customers rebates for certain energy efficiency upgrades and improvements. The lighting discount is administered as an off-the-shelf discount program where purchasers receive a discount on compact fluorescent light bulbs and LED light bulbs from participating retailers (see website for listing). Technicians will perform a free energy assessment in homes, install free and discounted energy-saving products and provide energy efficiency recommendations. Condo owners and renters are encouraged to have their property manager or building owner contact ComEd about the multi-family program.
