Poudre Valley Rural Electric Association (PVREA), a Touchstone Energy Cooperative, offers residential energy efficiency rebate programs for qualified residential heat pumps, air conditioners refrigerators/freezers, dishwashers, clothes washers, residential water heaters, and LED lighting. Incentive amounts vary by the size and efficiency of the system; specific details are listed on the program web site.
PVREA is also offering rebates to qualifying existing homeowners for the installation of insulation and air sealing measures. The program provides a rebate to homeowners that insulate and air-seal their attics and exterior walls to the recommended R-Values presented in the 2006 International Energy Conservation Code.
