Efficiency Works is a program created by four Northern Colorado municipal utilities (Estes Park, Fort Collins, Loveland and Longmont) in conjunction with Platte River Power Authority, offering commercial customers low-cost energy audits, technical advisory experts and installation of free energy-saving products, as well as rebates to qualified customers to help reduce the costs of the making improvements for energy efficient savings.
