Energy Information Services (EIS) is a powerful energy management tool for medium to large customers. Users can create detailed, easy-to-read load profiles of actual energy consumption (in 15-minute intervals) that can be compared against a backdrop of relevant variables. The Arizona Public Service (APS) Solutions for Business program is offering an incentive of 75% of the cost of the installation of a new meter and setup fees, up to a maximum of $12,000 per customer per year.
