Depending on building size and complexity, the Commercial Building Energy Audit program can reimburse up to the full cost of energy audits performed on privately-owned commercial buildings by a Certified Energy Auditor (CEA) or Certified Energy Manager (CEM). Reimbursements range from $1,800 for buildings up to 2,5000 square feet up to upwards of $7,000 for buildings up to 60,000 square feet.
