The other thing that Chem Link manufactures, that is widely popular in the industry is called and E-curb. This is a waterproofing flashing, designed to go around your solar-powered systems post. The waterproofing process has three components. The M-1 is extremely strong. It is an adhesive that can move plus or minus 31%. It also has almost 400 pounds per square inch of pull up the pressure. Meaning it is going to take a Sawzall and a sledgehammer to get this product off. The M-1 is the critical part of the E-Curb. Once the M-1 is installed on the solar panel installations post, it is watertight after about 10 minutes. After that, you will go back in and glue the M-1 on the E-Curb and put the product in with the curb down and then put another thing, called 1-Part in. Once that is done you will walk away. Chem Link has warranties all the way up to 20 years on this system. This system, properly applied, can go on various kinds of roofing.
