PETALING JAYA: Cove Suria Sdn Bhd has awarded a RM261 million turnkey contract to Cypark Resources Bhd to build a large scale 30MW solar plant at Empangan Kelinchi, Negeri Sembilan.
The job involves Engineering, Procurement, Construction and Commissioning (EPCC) and the Operation and Maintenance (O&M).
The contract period for the EPCC is for 24 months from the commencement date, and 21 years for the O&M.
The completion date, meanwhile, will be upon the issuance of the Commercial Operation Date (COD) by Tenaga Nasional Bhd (TNB).
The commencement date of the O&M shall also be upon the COD
