Terraform Global, Inc., global owner and operator of clean energy power plants, increased net revenue by 22 percent in Q3 2017 to $67 million compared to revenue of $55 million in Q3 2016. Net loss was increased to $37 million, in Q3 2016 the company reported net loss of $18 million. The company owns PV and wind power plants with a capacity of 919 MW (916 MW), which is unchanged compared to the prior quarter.
Furthermore, Terraform Global announced the approval of the Brookfield acquisition by the stockholders special meeting on November 13. »We continue to expect the Brookfield acquisition to close before the end of 2017,« says the company.
