Ingeteam Bags 170MW Inverter Order for Three PV Plants in Morocco

Ingeteam has commenced the supply of its equipment to three solar photovoltaic power plants in Morocco, totaling 170MW of output power.

The power produced is to be supplied to the Moroccan power distribution grid, serving to cover the energy demand of thousands of homes in Morocco. The execution of this project comes within the framework of the target set by Morocco, to produce 52% of all its energy from renewable energy sources by 2030.

On the other hand, in the African continent Ingeteam is responsible for the operation and maintenance of 230MW divided into five different South African PV plants. Moreover, Ingeteam has been recently awarded the supply and commissioning of the protection, control and metering systems for three substations in Malawi.
