PV industry company JinkoSolar announced Thursday that it has supplied 35.4MW of PV modules to renewable energy construction company Gransolar for a PV project in Mexico.

JinkoSolar provided its PV modules for the largest solar power plant in the Mexican state of Chihuahua. The installation, located in Camargo, has already completed its construction phase — with approval to begin commercial operations granted on April 6, 2017.

Francisco Torrecillas, Gransolar's project manager, said: "Gransolar is pleased to use JinkoSolar modules on this project and looks forward to continuing its relationship with JinkoSolar on future projects.”

Gener Miao, vice president global sales and marketing of JinkoSolar, said: "We are delighted to have the opportunity to cooperate with Gransolar again. Our partnership with Gransolar further strengthens JinkoSolar's presence in Latin America. We will continue to provide high-quality products to our clients there."
